Solar Water Heater Tank Leaking

What is that part called im a fridgey and work alongside plumbers a lot so i understand to a degree what im looking at im fairly confident i could change it i just dont know what the thing is called or maybe not lol just looking. This generally happens in summer when the tank is too hot and the valve activates to release the super heated water from the tank. If the heat time is short to the solar water heater however the water in the tank runs out with not long time which could be caused by shrunken of the inner tank.
